Last week on Tuesday the kindergartners had field day. Luckily it was when it was nice and hot outside because the next day it rained!!! They had 6 different stations for the kids to rotate. The first one they went to was a water balloon toss. I forgot to get pictures of this one :( The next one they all got their own squirt bottle and basically ran around the play ground in the wood chips squirting each other. They had a blast. I even got in on the action. CJ liked being able to squirt me and not get in trouble. Next they did a bean bag relay. Not as fun as the water fight. Then they moved onto the parachute! They loved this! CJ would always run under it! Next they played tag with a noodle...you know, those water noodles for the pool. They just cut them in half and they ran around tagging people with the noodles. The very last station was yummy popsicles!! It was a fun morning outside!! Izzy even had a bit of fun...that is until big brother took the noodle away from her.
